最近手抜き料理が多いのですが、今夜は更に手抜きでした。
子供たちも大好きなパスタ系はよくやる手抜き料理のひとつですが、今日のスパゲティはレトルトの安～いミートソースを使って、ちょっと本格的っぽい味にしてみました。

・ひき肉（我が家では安い合挽きを使います！）をオリーブオイルでじっくり炒め、レトルトミートソースをどばどば入れます。
・煮立てながら料理酒、塩、粗挽きこしょう、粉チーズを入れます。
・最後にインスタントコーヒーをちょこっと。

インスタントコーヒーがいい味にしてくれます。
栄養的にどうだとか、体にどうだとかはこの際気にしちゃいけません。

ゆとりがあるときは、なすやしめじなんかを入れたりします。
イケますよ～♪
