2ちゃんねるに「千葉県の子供を殺す」と犯行予告が書き込みされた件を受けて、息子が通う学校では今日集団下校が実施される。
子をもつ親たちは卑劣で悪質な行為に対し憤りを感じつつ、気が気じゃない1日を送ることになる。

私が子供の頃は、集団下校と言えば防災訓練がある日、実際に台風が近づいている時くらいしか行われなかったが、特にここ数年やたらに増えている気がする。
学校からは1週間と置かず「不審者情報」が配られる。
子供たちはこういうことを実際どこまで理解しているのか。
こんな世の中であることをしっかり教えていかなければならないと思う反面、こんな世の中であることを知らせたくない気もする。

昨日容疑者の特定に至ったと朝刊に出ていた。
果たしてほっとして良いものか。
ただただ今日1日が無事に終わることを祈るだけである。
もちろんこれから先もずっと・・・。
