猛暑が続き、熱中症による悲劇が報じられるのが目につきます。
私たちが子供の頃の暑さとは確実に違ってきているのだろうと感じます。
少し前ならエアコンは体に良くない贅沢品のように言われていたのに、今は逆に上手に活用しましょう、積極的に使いましょうという感じになってきました。
確かにこの暑さではエアコンなしでは仕事になりません。
CO2排出を考えれば、使用はなるべく抑えたい。
でも人命には代えられない。
ならば人命に関わらないところで、エコは考えてみるとしましょう。
そうそう、熱中症対策には水分だけでなく、適切な塩分補給も大事なんだそうです。
流行の塩アイスや塩チョコなんか案外いいのかもしれません。
きちんと健康管理して、残暑をしっかり乗り切りましょう！

いろいろ迷っていましたが、TeamKのサイトをGPLライセンスのCMSで構築してみようと決めました。
いろいろ試行錯誤ののち、Net Commons（ネットコモンズ）を採用。

国立情報学研究所が情報共有・e-ラーニングの基盤として開発したそうで、シンプルかつ面白い機能がいろいろ。
使用言語で「KIDS」を選べるのが楽しいです。
検索 → さがす
言語の選択 → ことばをえらぶ
なんて感じです。
これは今後参考にさせていただこうと思います。
XOOPSをベースにしているので、インストールはとても簡単。
XOOPS仕様なのでNorton利用だとログインできない場合ありで、ユーザは設定変更が必要ですが、プロの方々に使っていただくシステムなので問題ないでしょう。
TeamKで使いたい機能は充分揃っていて、携帯にも対応しているらしいので使い勝手も良さそうです。
今日からカスタマイズ開始です。

夏休み中に房総半島を地震の頻発が襲いました。
被害がある程の揺れはなかったものの、震度3以上が頻発するのはとても不安になります。
大きな被害に遭われた方々の不安の一端が少しわかったような気がします。
一昨年104歳で亡くなった私のおばあちゃんは、関東大震災を経験したひとりでした。
「しんさいの思ひで（震災の思い出）」とした手記を残してくれています。
震災記念日を前に、厳粛な気持ちになると同時に、日頃の備えを見直す機会になったと思います。

標準体重だからって、若い頃ならまだ許せたけど。
今はずんずるべったんのこの体型をどうにかしないと！
細身のシェイプキャミを着てみたら、あちこちから憎い贅肉がはみ出すんですよぉ。
マシュマロマンみたいで、かえって太って見えちゃいそう・・・。
体重はなんとなく減ってるけど、やっぱりシェイプですね。
リンパマッサージ＆骨盤矯正ストレッチの効果も最初は感じたものの、ちょっと低迷してる感じ。
これを乗り越えないとだめかな・・・。
レッツシェイプ！
来年の夏に向けて！
